The copper sleeve of the Construction Waste Crusher includes eccentric sleeve copper sleeve, moving cone copper sleeve and horizontal copper sleeve. The copper sleeve plays a vital role in the operation of the machine. Therefore, the replacement method of the copper sleeve must be accurate. Replace the copper sleeve of the cone crusher.

First, how to replace the copper sleeve of the cone crusher?
1. Replacement of eccentric copper sleeve
Turn the eccentric sleeve upside down and take out the copper sleeve. Before installing the eccentric sleeve copper sleeve, check whether the inner hole of the eccentric sleeve has break marks, whether the surface is clean, and whether the size is accurate. If there are special circumstances, it should be disposed of in time. Note that when pouring the locking packing, the temperature of the eccentric sleeve and the copper sleeve should be about 70 degrees, and the oil hole must be aligned to ensure correctness.
2.Replacement of moving cone copper sleeve
In order to ensure that the inner hole of the moving cone is not harmed, the copper sleeve of the moving cone can be sawn off, or it can be directly accelerated and pulled out by cooling with dry ice. When cooling with dry ice, the cooling time is not less than two hours, so that it can be fully cooled. Later, when using the ring to lift the copper sleeve, a flat gasket must be used to ensure that the edge of the copper sleeve is parallel to the bottom edge of the moving cone.
3.Replacement of horizontal shaft copper sleeve
The outer copper sleeve can be removed through a self-made pull-out device, but the inner copper sleeve needs to be removed by hammering with a center rod device. After removal, check whether the inner hole size of the shaft frame is accurate and reasonable. Similarly, the horizontal shaft copper sleeve needs to be cooled for more than two hours to ensure sufficient cooling.
